Delivery time ranges between 2 to 5 days depending on your location and the size of the item ordered.
Return Policy:
Purchased items may only be returned at the moment of receipt of said items. Returns are not allowed after signing off for the delivery of any item and receiving the product. In case of returns, customers must still cover the delivery charges. If the return of any product is a result of a mistake done from our side (wrong item or defective item sent) the delivery fees will be covered by us.
Exchange Policy:
Exchange of items is only acceptable within 7 days of receiving the order. Exchange is only applicable if the products received are in a new condition, unaltered and free of any damage.
Note: Exchange of any item during December is acceptable until the end of the month.
